Frequently Asked Questions
No. As long as your gate is unlocked we can complete your service without you being home. We’re happy to send a courtesy text when we’re on our way.
We don’t service yards during severe weather including lightning or heavy storms. We’ll contact you to reschedule as quickly as possible.
Contracts are not required. Start or cancel anytime with no penalties. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current subscription month
In most cases yes. As long as your dogs are friendly toward strangers we’re comfortable working while they’re outside. Just let us know in advance if your dog needs to be secured.
If your yard hasn’t been cleaned in over two weeks a one-time fee of $30–$50 applies before your subscription begins.
Yes. We carry full liability insurance on every job. Your property and pets are fully protected.
